Smt. Swati Anil Kulkarni has been appointed as Trustee on the Board of NPS Trust with effect from 1st January, 2026.

Smt. Swati has over 30 years of experience in investment management and finance.  She holds Charter Financial Analyst membership of the CFA Institute, USA, a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai University) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. During her tenure as Equity Fund Manager, Smt. Swati was recognized as one of the best fund managers (in the large-cap funds category) by ET-Wealth Morningstar Rankings by Economic Times in 2021 and 2022, Asia Asset Management in 2018 and Outlook Money in 2010. Smt. Swati last served as an Executive Vice President and Fund Manager (Equity) at UTI Asset Management. In the past, she was also associated with Reliance Industries Limited. She is an Independent Director on the Board of the Investment Manager of Indus Infra Trust.
