The centralized AIF Cell under NPS Trust conducts primary due diligence, including but not limited to:
- Investment strategy evaluation
- Track record verification
- Governance review
- Risk assessment
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Operational diligence
Individual Pension Funds may also conduct additional due diligence
