As a general rule, NPS Trust website does not collect Personal Information about users when they access the site. They can generally access the site without revealing Personal Information, unless they choose to provide such information. The users’ access to linked pages or third- party links through NPS Trust website may require the sharing of Personal Information. The users must enquire the purpose of sharing the Personal Information and give consent for the same to successfully access the desired content.

This website records user visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes – visitors server’s address; the name of the top-level domain from which they access the Internet (for example, .gov, .com, .in, etc.); the type of browser they use; the date and time they access the site; the pages they have accessed and the documents downloaded and the previous Internet address from which they linked directly to the site.

NPS Trust will not identify users or their browsing activities, except when where a law enforcement authority may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider’s logs.

A cookie is a piece of information that an Internet website sends to one’s browser when one accesses information at that site. This site does not use cookies.

Email management - collection of Personal Information:

Users email address will only be recorded if they choose to send a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which they have provided it. Their email address will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be disclosed, without their consent.
