Monitoring by NPS Trust

Once a State Government notify the adoption of NPS, an agreement is executed between the State and NPS Trust. It provides the commitment of State Government and obligations under the NPS and to the various intermediaries under the architecture, by the adhering to the timelines as stipulated in NPS

Further, NPS Trust monitors the smooth and effective implementation of NPS in the State Government. The grievances raised by the subscribers under the State Government is monitored and the Nodal Offices are sensitized to resolve the Grievances. Further, Grievance Redressal guidelines are laid down which stipulates the timelines for the resolution of the grievances and the escalation matrix and mechanism in Government. Constant follow up carried with SG Nodal Offices through CRA, to have the updated contact details in the system which shall ensure the effective monitoring of the NPS implementation.
