Monitoring by NPS Trust
NPS Trust monitors the smooth and effective implementation of NPS in the Central Government. The grievances raised by the subscribers under the Central Government is monitored and the Nodal Offices are sensitized to resolve the Grievances. Further, Grievance Redressal Policies are laid down which stipulates the timelines for the resolution of the grievances and the escalation matrix and mechanism in Government. Constant follow up carried with CG Nodal Offices through CRA, to have the updated contact details in the system which shall ensure the effective monitoring the implementation.
